QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Job Assistant” for our business partner operating in machine industry with the qualifications below;


  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • Fluent in English, a second language is an asset
  • At least 7 years work experience in Executive Assistance
  • Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
  • Have high tolerance to stress, can use time effectively,
  • No restrictions to travel

Job Descriptions:

  • Follow-up of the business and travel plan of the senior manager
  • Ensuring the organization of the daily, weekly and monthly program
  • Organization of senior management meetings, making necessary preparations,
  • Taking meeting notes, reporting and following up,
  • Follow-up and finalization of the works given by the unit to which it is affiliated,
  • Providing communication support between senior management and other department managers and employee
  • Welcoming and hosting special visitors
  • Managing telephone and e-mail traffic
  • Having a strong financial report reading and financial analysis aspect
