We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated as Legal Counsel with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in an international company or a reputable law firm
- Solid legal notion
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact
- Military service must be completed for male candidates
Roles&Responsibilities
- Lead company compliance with Data Privacy regulations and serve as the designated DPO if required,
- Assist on legal matters in connection with Company’s activities more in particular corporate law, contracts and labor law,
- Review and negotiate contracts regarding all matters,
- Draft legal memorandums and provide legal advice to all business units,
- Manage and follow-up external legal counsels especially on Litigation,
- Provide trainings to internal clients mainly on data protection law and contract review policies,
- Support Chief Legal Officer to ensure legal best practice and the efficiency of the legal department.
