QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Qualifications;
- Having experience of sales and marketing in ship building , maritime and similar industries, minimum 10 years of experience will be preferred,
- Having excellent command of English (listening - writing-speaking), any extra knowledge of language will be preferred,
- Having experience of working in both national and international/global environment.especially without any obstacle of travelling,
- Having excellent and improving command of Microsoft Office applications and social media facilities,
- Having high efficiency in written and spoken communication skills, organization, planning, monitoring and reporting,
- Working fast and solution -oriented in a dynamic environment,
- Being a good team player with analytical way of thinking,
Job Description ;
The position will be reporting to the Sales Manager of New Shipbuilding and Special Projects and be involved with;
- Performing market research and benchmarking,
- Developing strategies and executing required studies for finding new clients and entering in new markets,
- Attending sales meetings, seminars and trade exhibitions,
- Tracing national and international contract processes ,
- Making market researches for potential projects, determining opti mum/target projects and handling the relationship with potential customers,
- Executing detailed study on the tender documents (technical specifications, contract documents, drawings / tables, time schedules, etc.),
- Organizing necessary work groups among related departments within the Gorup organization in order to execute required studies for the tender, control and coordinate the studies,
- Managing the relations with customers,
- Managing contract negotiations with the customers,
- Managing relations with legal advisors/consultants during contract negotiation stage, when needed,
- Improving customer relations during Project execution phase by getting involved with relevant key actvities.
