QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Anatoliais a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tiles and is a major supplier to some of the largest home centers and distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.

Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 60,000-square meter Distribution Centre. With this facility, Anatolia has been supporting its North American Customers, and continues to expand to new markets in Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East. In addition to its Distribution Center, the construction of Anatolia’s 250.000-square meter ceramic manufacturing facility is in progress with operations commencing in 2022.

Anatolia is now searching for a Marketing Support Assistant Specialist to join its expanding marketing team. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Having an analytical, self-disciplined and result oriented approach
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP experience would be an asset
  • Experience in planning and organizing initiatives

As a Marketing Support Assistant Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of company’s products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness
  • Taking an active role in the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
