Now, we are hiring a Director of Food and Beverage to join us in Bodrum.


Core Activities

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure the Food and Beverage operation achieves its goals and contributes to the guest experience and overall profitability of the hotel whilst maintaining Mett brand standards
  • Achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Create an up-selling culture within the service team that kept the team engage and motivated supporting the employee satisfaction scores.
  • Describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments
  • Prepare a yearly marketing plan for the department in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Department including a competitor analysis and a revision of global trends
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team – Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

Competencies

  • BA degree in Business Administration or Hospitality from a reputable university
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the field of hospitality in management level
  • Experience with budget and business plan development
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
  • Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent computer skills
