Customer Service Executive

Job Descrıptıon ;

•Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.

•To use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as entering and following the status of orders.

•Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.

•Follow up and planning the stock level of the responsible products.

•Issuing purchase orders and forwarding to suppliers.

•Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.

•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in related field.

•Knowledge and experience in printing industry is a plus.

•New graduate or 2+ years customer service or related experience is a plus.

•Willing to learn new products and industries

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

•Good level of English both written & speaking

•Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.

•Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.

•Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
