Job Title: Office / Admin Assistant

Location: Turkey / Istanbul / Anatolian


We are looking for Office/Admin Assistant for our company.

Job Requirements

  • She / He will manage the daily operations in office such as;

o Answering calls, organizing sent/received documents, cargo, etc.

o Taking care of guest visits and relations

o Organizing meetings

o Tracking of office purchase order


  • Supporting sales, finance and project team and taking active role in the tasks assigned by these teams such as;

o Organizing travel and transport for employees

o Supporting in visa application

o If needed/requested, support for preparing PO and following the process

o Supporting finance department for collecting expense report, documents and invoices

Qualifications

  • Having team spirit is priority
  • University degree
  • Advanced level in English (Reading, writing and speaking)
  • New graduated or max. 4 years experienced
  • Self-disciplined, having problem solving skills and result-oriented
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs
  • Presentable
  • High communication ability
