We are looking for an “Office Assistant” for our sector leader client operating in "Video Game" industry in İstanbul with the skills and the qualifications below;

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related department
  • Minimum 1 year experience with similars tasks and processes
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Having a result-oriented perspective and mindset
  • Eager to learn new processes and procedures
  • Able to manage more than one task at the same time


Job Description;

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Collaborate and maintain an open line of communication with IT and other internal teams to ensure the smooth running of reception.
  • Be a point of contact with building management in relation to but not limited to- phone and building personnel as needed
  • You will be one of the responsible points of contact for all visitors and maintain logs of guests to align with Safety platform compliance,
  • Manage import and export exercises both internationally and locally. Including customs documentation and collaboration ensuring items are delivered and received in good time to team members and other offices etc globally.
  • Manage the WPX Onboarding processes for New Team Members and the ongoing needs of current team members in relation to: business cards, desk equipment, food cards and any ad-hoc needs individual team members may have
  • Attend WPX & EFO team meetings and calls as an individual contributor
