QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for a suitable candidate as “Sales Support Asistant Specialist” in our Electrical Connectors team

QUALIFICATIONS

Provide active support in the following projects:

  • To graduate from Vocational School or 4-year departments of universities,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in MS Office,
  • Experience in running and operating ERP , CRM and SAP systems
  • Examining and action the requests from the customer or the sales engineer.
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and presentation skills,
  • Organizing the demands in ECS Division.
  • Residing in Istanbul Assian part
  • Military service must be completed or postpone for 2 years (for male candidates)


JOB DETAILS

  • Provide active support in the following projects:
  • Conducting cost research in accordance with the new marketing activities, and creating an annual marketing plan in this context.
  • E-mailing before the exhibitions, then thanks; the necessary fair contracts, stand agreements, advertising and article publications to be provided on the determined dates.
  • Examining the requests from the customer or the sales engineer and making the proposal work.
  • In case of order; wet-signed approval (or order form) of our offer, request list of authorized personnel to order, signature circular and tax plate. Passing the order confirmation.
  • Inventory control in the case of order; if the product is available in stock, firstly from stock. In the event that the product is not stocked, opening the order to theinternal supplier and bringing the product; follow-up of the order process at this stage.
  • Organizing the shipment, issuing the approval of the shipment from the ERP system and registering the invoices of the e-invoice user customer to the ERP system.
  • Request for collection from the customer based on the sales agreement.
