Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Econometrics,
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment process and hr branding,
Good command of both written and spoken English,
Proficiency of all MS Office Aplications esp. Excel and PP,
Good knowladge of time attendance system,
Completed military services for male candidates,
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
Self driven and detail oriented,
Good team player with strong problem solving skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing talents, maintaining recruitment channels, making interviews with candidates and finalizing the procedures,
Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and taking appropriate actions,
Supporting internship process,
Creating strong partnership with universities, engaging presentations and contributing to the career fairs
