QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Econometrics,
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment process and hr branding,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Proficiency of all MS Office Aplications esp. Excel and PP,
- Good knowladge of time attendance system,
- Completed military services for male candidates,
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
- Self driven and detail oriented,
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills.
- Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing talents, maintaining recruitment channels, making interviews with candidates and finalizing the procedures,
- Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and taking appropriate actions,
- Supporting internship process,
- Creating strong partnership with universities, engaging presentations and contributing to the career fairs
- Management of social responsibility projects.
