QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Econometrics,
  •  At least 3 years of experience in recruitment process and hr branding,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency of all MS Office Aplications esp. Excel and PP,
  • Good knowladge of time attendance system,
  • Completed military services for male candidates,
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
  • Self driven and detail oriented,
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills.
   JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing talents, maintaining recruitment channels, making interviews with candidates and finalizing the procedures,
  • Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and taking appropriate actions,
  • Supporting internship process,
  • Creating strong partnership with universities, engaging presentations and contributing to the career fairs 
  • Management of social responsibility projects.
