QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*Performing all IT activities and duties in the area of responsibility in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, SOPs, guidelines, rules of procedure, by-laws and compliance rules
*Contributes to potential process improvements and implements change requests
*Manages all customer related activities assigned to his/her functional area of responsibility
*Takes part in implementation of IT initiatives to support business & IT strategy and coordinates with other FU (functional units), BU (business units), departments and/or customers
*Requirements Engineering: Collection, Recording and reviewing (functional and non-functional) specifications, evaluations, validations, and classification of requirements for stakeholders and software development teams
*Represents IT in customer engagements
*Participates in global projects and aligns directly with our colleagues in the Global IT Department
*Aligns and reports to IT Director and supports in managing the business interface
*Manages the development and responsible for all activities of the employees in her/his organizational unit (team)
QUALIFICATIONS
*Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (computer-industrial engineering preferable)
*Min 5 years of experience in similar position (Leadership, team management)
*Command of necessary hardware and software topics
*Experience in project management
*Advanced level of English (Direct interface to global IT Management Air/Ocean)
*Very good understanding of financial services and requirements
*Solution and quality oriented, analytical thinker, customer oriented, open for change and improvement
