Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Çeşme offers you an excellent career opportunity. We are looking for aTraining & Development Specialist.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • University graduate (it is preferable to have graduated from related departments of universities and colleges)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel setting
  • Mastering the Marriott Global Source (MGS) System
  • Will be able to measure and report the participation rates of the trainings, the efficiency of the training process in line with the objectives,
  • Must be comfortable in working flexible hours in every shift,
  • Fluent English both written and spoken,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office,
  • Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
  • Conducting job analysis in departments, reviewing job descriptions and checking and reporting their compliance with business processes,
  • Analyzing training and development needs, determining the needs together with business units and making the necessary individual and group training / development organizations with Marriot standarts.

Qualifications

  • Tracking and reporting of trainings via MGS system
  • Experienced in organization design and process management,
  • Successful in human relations, advanced presentation and communication skills,
  • Successful and responsible in planning, organization and business follow-up and finalization,
  • Having an analytical mindset, advanced analysis and reporting skills,
  • Living in Çeşme or ready to live and work in Çeşme.
