QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Graduated from a reputable university (preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering),
- Written and oral fluency in English (second language German is an advantage),
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting General Managers,
- Reside in Asia side or Gebze is preferred,
- Efficient use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook,
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail,
- Very strong interpersonal skills (emotional maturity) and the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability,
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment,
The Executive Assistant will report directly to General Manager. The position will be based in Gebze.
Job Definition:
- Plan and organize business meetings and functions, both internal and external; for General Manager;
- Aid General Manager in preparing for meetings, travelling arrangements, expense accounts Draft slides, including appropriate formatting, meeting notes and documents for General Manager;
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of General Manager
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients;
- Manage domestic & international travel itineraries;
- All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation;
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations);
- Handle complex calendars on an ongoing basis and prioritize commitments to maximize time and productivity.
