GCA is rapidly progressing towards becoming one of the top players in the international glass container industry by achieving significant success in Turkey and abroad. We export to more than 40 countries, with a particularly strong presence in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. With effective and sustainable R&D studies, GCA successfully carries out projects that will propel Turkey’s glass container industry forward.


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager. She/He will assume the full scope of the human resources responsibilities and support the organization as a partner in strategic initiatives.

Location: Kütahya

What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in Personnel Affairs, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Career Planning, Administrative Affairs, Health and Safety processes and at least 3 years’ experience in managerial position,
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably master’s degree in HR
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English,
  • Strong organizational and communications skills,
  • Strategic and innovative mindset,
  • Willing to live in Kütahya or Eskişehir.


What will you do?

  • Manage and develop all processes related to the company's Human Resources functions in line with company policies and strategies,
  • Follow up company’s Personnel Affairs Process in accordance with regulations,
  • Ensure and improve GCA’s both Blue and White Collar recruitment processes,
  • Plan and follow-up of the company's Human Resources budget,
  • Be a partner of Gürok Holding HR strategies and implement changes / innovations to GCA’s HR processes,
  • Support employees adopt the corporate goals and values, ethical principles, and leadership competencies,
  • Monitoring closely the GCA’s succession plan and keep the successor’s pipeline alive,
  • Execute GCA’s Technical and Behavioral trainings in collaboration with Gürok Academy,
  • Manage GCA’s EHS related activities,
  • Follow-up of Administrative Affairs processes,
  • Preparing reports related to the department in a timely and complete manner,
  • Support and coach GCA’s HR team for their development requirements.
