QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Description:

  • Set up, implement, and manage all administration related activities including canteen, security, office supplies, transportation & vehicle management, telecommunication equipment’s administrative maintenance, landscaping & environmental cleaning, construction projects etc. Manage all company’s assets.
  • Reduce water, energy use and carbon footprint throughout the company, to develop and implement environmentally friendly purchasing policies and to report the results.
  • Ensure that all kinds of waste reduction, recycling and disposal activities are implemented throughout the company in accordance with the Zero Waste Regulation.
  • Ensure that licenses, documents, permits (environmental permits) related to all kinds of laws (operating certificate, business license, etc.) or standards (fire safety, fire extinguishing devices, etc.) are obtained and updated within the scope of company activities.
  • Support the department manager in the preparation of the budget for the administrative services (building maintenance and repair, outsource printer etc. equipment, food, service, security, stationery, etc.)
  • Make the annual maintenance and repair planning of the building, facility and environment and to ensure that it is carried out with internal and external resources.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of the factory environment.
  • Management of company vehicles, performing periodic controls and inspections, ensuring that the vehicles are supplied to the internal units and the positions where the vehicle is embezzled, ready for use and in order.
  • Organize social services and organizations throughout the company.
  • Analyse the security risks of the company, to ensure the establishment of the security infrastructure in accordance with the security policies and procedures, to control and coordinate the activities of the advisory and security personnel.
  • Ensure that all incoming document recording and archiving processes are established and implemented effectively.
  • Ensure uninterrupted fulfilment of telephone and secretariat services within the scope of internal communication.
  • Examine and report monthly fixed expenses.
  • Manage personnel attendance management, staff training and performance evaluation.
  • Represent the section s/he is responsible for in internal and external audits and to prepare the corrective action plan to correct the missing points in the audits as soon as possible.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Business/Economics etc. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience, at least 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Fluent in English.
