Learning and Development Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Learning and Development Specialist to take part in Learning and Development team who will work in Borusan Cat.

Skills & Requirements:

· University degree in related fields,

· Preferably min 2 years of experience in,

· Fluent verbal and written skills in English,

· Soft Skill training and development activities, & Competency development,

· Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

· Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,

· Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,

· Having analytical thinking and reporting skills

· Being a good team player.

Job Description

· Analysis of training needs, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training effectiveness,

· Identify current and future training and developmental needs,

· Design and expand training curriculums / programs in accordance with Borusan Cat Turkey Strategies & L&D Strategies,

· Developing training development contents & materials,

· Finding a correct method of delivering from alternative channels; classroom and e-learning,

· Matching corresponding competencies with business KPI’s and designing a measurement & follow-up strategies,

· Competency assessment development and understanding,

· Developing of Assessment Strategy to assess individuals competencies and analysis the individual strongest & developing areas,

· Desinging Individial Learning Path for Roles,

· Structuring future role expectation,

· Being active role career journey design.
