We are looking for a "Regulatory Affairs and Formal Relations Manager" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “pharmaceutical industry”.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible from the control and tracking of files prepared appropriately for the Ministry of Health licence application format with the information and data handed over by the R&D department
  • Responsible for the control and tracking of licence/import/export files prepared appropriately to the licence application format
  • In accordance with the requests of ministry of health, is responsible for the planning and actualization of the necessary revision and requests for all registered products
  • Performs the planning and tracking of the variations declared by quality assurance
  • Responsible for the track of pricing transactions and submit for approval of the general management
  • Responsible for the execution of sales authorizations and reimbursement applications to organizations like (SGK) social security department (GATA) academy of military medicine for the registered products.
  • Responsible for the delivery of and conformance to the legislation-related notices by the ministry of health
  • Communicates the replies, approvals and authorizations related to the processing of files applied for the ministry of health, and transfer the responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution of pharmacovigilance practices of registered products, and their periodical licence renewals.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Able to think analytically
  • Fluent English language
  • Knows the legal responsibilities of the job
  • Good use of MS Office Programs
