QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acquiring new/existing customers to create profit in line with the company targets; proposing actions plant to meet the targets, implementations of actions plans and after sales services.
  • Responsible for the relationship with customer and acting single point of contact to customers; identification new potentials, customer visits, preparing term sheets and proposals, gathering of customer information, negotiation, contract closing and contract execution (set up, control and approval of invoices), contract adjustment and extension, receivables management, according to predefined business flows and company procedures.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of sales; rating the customers, customer analysis (price and margin development, volume consumption, financial strength), providing sales data input into relevant IT-systems for budgeting & mid-term planning process, continuous market, legal and competitor analysis and monitoring as well as developing of additional potentials (market intelligence)
  • Acting as the key person between customers and logistic department (ensuring notifications for gas deliveries) and Commercial Support department regarding payments, Letter of BG, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in energy market, having in-depth knowledge of the local market
  • Sales experience preferably in Energy Business,
  • Fluent in Turkish and English / German would be an asset,
  • Able to travel,
  • Valid driving license,
  • Presentable, strong communication skills, high social competence, team player, analytic thinker, result oriented, self-motivated, and competitive,
  • Excellence in B2B relations.
