QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Propera is a subsidiary of Protel, the market leader in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years.

Propera provides customized solutions that align clients’ businesses with current trends and dynamics of the Retail Industry through software and hardware solutions. The Company also provides consultancy, project development and system integration services in the fields of omnichannel retail and e-commerce.

We are looking for a "Support Specialist" as a part of our core team with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector,
  • Experience with Linux technologies,
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database and configuration,
  • Experience with MSSQL and PL SQL,
  • Knowledge of programming and algorithm,
  • Familiarity with web application and client-server,
  • Knowledge of Java and SOAP is a plus,
  • Familiarity with basic network knowledge,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies,
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, being able to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines,
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills, customer-oriented,
  • Having the ability to travel,
  • Preferably no military service restriction for male candidates.

  • Integration on the products for which it is responsible.
