QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
To further develop the E-Commerce product in the marketplace through focus on Sales and Operations in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing E-Commerce Cross Border Solutions
- Lead market profiling and corporate customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
- Responsible for sales, execution and coordination of E-Commerce matters within the organization
- Able to build excellent operational set up by coordinating with different departments
- Develop effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth.
- Develop Supply Chain Management solutions in cooperation with the other products
- Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service in line with corporate sales policies and procedures
- Analyze costs and cost structure and implement improvement measurements and actions
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
- Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
- Interacts with Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required
- Perform roles and responsibilities in compliance with Company Policies , Procedures and Instructions
- Performs tasks as per managers instruction
Knowledge Skills and Experience: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business/Logistics or professional certification
- At least 5 years of management experience in related fields
- Extensive knowledge of E-Commerce market
- Commercial experience / capabilities
- Fluent English skills (Written & Spoken)
- General computer skills - MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and good people management and coordination skills
- Strong problem – solving mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations
