QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We were established in 2007 with the aim of providing English language education in Latin America. We are an innovative company that offers online English language learning in accordance with CEFR standards through the OE platform of our own design. Our platform enables fast and effective English language learning with 24/7 live classes, interactive lessons, exercises and innovative teaching tools. For now, we have brought together more than 1 million students in Latin America, Brazil, the USA, Spain, Portugal and Turkey with native English-speaking professionals who are certified in online teaching from many parts of the world. We've been on the radar of numerous media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN en Español, and NBC. We were named the third-largest Ed-Tech (educational technology) company in the US industry and the fifth most valuable Ed-Tech company in the world by PitchBook as of 2014.

Main Responsibilities

Auditing Sales and Service Agents calls.
Reporting results.
Analyze customer traceability.
Provide feedback to Agents on their performance.
Train Agents.

Requirements:

Experience in operational and/or quality areas.
Minimum experience 2 years.
Advanced level of Excel.
Knowledge of quality standards
Bilingual: Turkish and English
Able to independently manage work time.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
