QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for relationships with payroll providers
  • Responsible for all complex internal and external payroll queries/issues
  • Final approval of all payroll related data before final payment authorization
  • Responsible for all year end payroll and benefit processing and statutory payments to third parties
  • Reconciliation of payroll & benefit data
  • Responsible for implementation of all payroll related legislative changes by statutory deadlines
  • Provision of final monthly payments figures to Finance departments and benefit providers
  • Responsible for the timely processing of all payroll and benefit related invoices
  • Documents and reviews payroll procedures and ensures they are adhered to
  • Reviews existing payroll and benefits processes and implements continuous improvements and best practices where required

· Provide a variety of HR administrative support including payroll processing support

· Provide a front-line client service orientation to all those who contact EMEA HRSS

· Provide expert customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with team members and the overall Shared Services team
  • Ensure all aspects of assigned transactions are processed and handled in a timely and accurate manner

  • Responsible for EMEA HRSS files, documentation, and archiving


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in related disciplines

· 2+ years of experience in the field of payroll and benefit in a fast-paced organization

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, advanced excel skills is a must

· Knowledge of payroll, Turkish labour law, social security, and tax systems

· Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.

· High attention to detail as data accuracy will be a key part of this role

· Positive attitude and be able to adapt well to an ever-changing work environment
